Make sure you are connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network before connecting. If the camera rapidly flashes a red light after powering on, you can proceed to the next step of the connection process.

IOS: download AirPort Tools, activate WLAN scanner in "Settings", click "Wi-Fi Scan" for 2.4G (1-13) & 5G (after 13) frequency.
